4v4, taking along Kengen, TC, and YT, figure we've got the best shot at wrecking some fools (Dux has his magic fear and Sorte needs space/surprise). Just here to showcase this ridiculous blend of powers and experiment with using them selfishly. Her survival skills will be much appreciated, as well.ĮVENTS Battle Royal: 1v1, expecting to lose. Everyone else is melee, so we need somebody who can plink away at fliers. Sorte: Elves are bad luck, eh? Cool we'll take 'er. He'll also bring a much-needed bucket of levity to the group, and he might end up becoming the party face. Yung Tashi: If anyone's ever gonna benefit from having a personalized soundtrack accompanying combat, it's this little fucker. Aside from that, though, a Big Dumb Brute should suit my style perfectly, and I'm sure he'll appreciate getting constantly pelted with buffs and heals. Trap Catcher: There's literally only one bara option and I'm going to pick him basically no matter what. Like, fuck, dude needs to learn to fap, serious. Hopefully we can get him to loosen up and do some self-examination.

Kengen: He's a 3edgy5me Gary Stu of a character, but he'll be useful. I should at least be able to find/build the basics, or help with doing so.ĬOMPANIONS Duxix: Hopefully his fear of magic isn't too extreme, 'cause having a firebrand kobold buddy is way, waaay too appealing. Survival: So as not to be a burden on those with whom I'm traveling. Teamwork x3: What kind of Bard would I be if I didn't primarily focus on support and manipulating the battlefield? Besides, this feels like the primary way to make my "build" work. Presumably, Illusion magic can be used as the art form by which Bardic magic is effected (with an E)! Right? Why use an instrument when you can use direct sensory inputs customized to the situation? Give each fight a soundtrack, particle effects, throw on some targeting reticles and advice, it'll be great!

Illusions include all senses, right? They deal specifically with perception? Well, that includes a broad variety of experiences, and in fact the way we engage with all art is through our senses. Anything else would be a waste of this world's potential.
